Delivered new to a resident of San Jose by Encinitas Ford of Encinitas California in June 1971.
We hold a copy of the Australian Government Import Approval # 17367 and dated the 17th of January 2018.

1970 FORD MUSTANG “M CODE” 351 CONVERTIBLE – AUTO (MY71)
Presenting in bright Grabber Green Metallic with Off White coloured interior trim.
Delivered new to a resident of San Jose by Encinitas Ford of Encinitas California in June 1971.
We hold a copy of the Australian Government Import Approval # 17367 and dated the 17th of January 2018.
We also hold a copy of the Marti Auto Works Report #5012 attesting to it’s early credentials and matching numbers.
Since being imported by it’s South Australian owner, it has undergone a restoration, we hold photos of this work and paperwork showing the attention given.
Powered by a 351ci (5.8Lt) Cleveland V8 engine, it produced when new 285bhp (212.5Kw) of power, delivered to the rear wheels via a 3 speed Cruise-O-Matic auto transmission. Performance figures suggested at the time 0-100kph in 6.5 & 7.0 secs and a top speed near 195kph.
